The whole shopper experience is fully customizable:
set up the recipient fields, order generation settings, upsell discounts, etc in Send To Many > Settings > Multi-recipient Checkout
use the theme editor to adjust the look & feel of the app in your storefront:
Install the app block on a PAGE template (to show the products in the shopper's cart) or on a COLLECTION template (to show the products in a collection)
Use all the app's settings in the theme editor to adjust the look and feel.

adding the app block to a collection template works nicely to highlight a specific gifting collection on a corporate gifting page for instance: https://shop.sendtomany.com/collections/corporate-gifts.
there is also a "multi-checkout button" app block available in the theme editor. Use this in your cart template to add a "ship to multiple recipients" button, or you can simply link to the page with your own links/buttons
